If this will happen and I hope it will as soon as Tony is ready to go. Huge fight. With Tony's fighting from the back skills and Khabibs GnP I believe he this will be one brutal fight.

Rooting for Khabib a little, but Tony has a good chance here.

Conor is saying "we are in limbo over contract negotiations" and Khabib is posting big news incoming.

It wouldn't surprise me if Tony vs. Khabib is next but it must be on premise that Conor is stripped.

Agreed, it has to be for the official title otherwise the whole title thing is a farce.

Once there is a winner between these two, there's literally no point afterwards, we got our #1 lightweight in the world. Anyone else holding a "belt" is nothing more than a paper champ.

It's a big fight no doubt but it needz to be for the real belt not no plastic interim belt. Conor needz to defend or Vacate. It would be one thing if he were a defending champ and already put his belt on the line and won, but no way two hardcore fighters on multiple fight win streaks in the division should be waiting on a champ who's yet to defend his belt in over year while the interim title is fought for twice? That just ain't right...

I've been anticipating the matchup for so long, can't wait. My prediction is Tony breaks Khabib in the later rounds off his back w/ elbows. That's the only outcome I can picture,however, definitely plausible Khabib just mauls him. Only one way to find out!
