Khabib didnt only accept 4 different fights after tony pulling out. At the end of this video, he eventually accepted having a none title fight.

Thats the difference between the greats, thats what separates them. he wanted to fight for a belt, but at the same time was willing to fight either way.

Cant say the same about tony ferguson turning down MJ on short notice off the couch.
    Fortune favors the bold.

Time stamped and credit goes to anatomy of a fighter.

    What are you talking about?

Khabib got to fight Al for the title.

Tony said he would fight MJ but it had to be for the title, they refused to make it a title shot.

Are you forgetting that Tony signed to fight MJ at 196 but MJ pulled out?

Khabib had one fight then got a shot at the undisputed 155 pound title

Tony won his interim belt, and then had to fight another time in between (not for a title), he deserves a shot at the undisputed belt.

same reason conor took those short notice fights when aldo and rda pulled out. he knows his fans simply wanted to see him fight and couldnt disappoint them.

probably not and its not hard to see. whats hard to see is how could tony beat khabib. tony gets knocked down every fight, lost countless rounds and have never looked as dominant as khabib in any of his fights. i mean even vs rda coming off a KO loss, he lost 2 rounds out of the first 3 rounds.
anyone who isnt biased realizes that it will be like kevin lee vs tony but khabib wont gas and will have better striking than kevin lee. i see a comfy decision or tko win for khabib with ease.

I only see these scenarios where Tony should accept a fight:
    1 - It's against Khabib
2 - It's for a real belt, not an intern one
    3 - It's a BIG money fight

Yeah, I'm sure the 8 year age difference has nothing to do with it too, right?

FFS, how do so many of you view things in a vacuum? I think you possess critical thinking skills but just refuse to use them.

Sorry that should have said 5, not 8. Hit the wrong button on the number pad.

Anyway I'm talking about the age difference between Khabib and Tony.

why is DC, Anderson and countless other people see no issue with accepting short notice fight when theyre ready to go? the fact that hes 35 should tell him that his best years are behind and should be fighting as often as possible cause soon age will effect him especially with the amount of knockdowns and punishment that he takes.
