Khabib shows his new gym that's under construction

I’m playing this game called Metro Exodus about a post nuke war Russia and it literally looks like this in the bunkers with nuke zombies and cannibals.

Yeah, this shit will look better when finished but this is an old post-Soviet building being rebuilt into a gym. Look at the roof.

About 50k to buy this old cow hut (which is fucking was) and another 150k-300k to make it look respectable, add some equipment and an octagon: Another 5k for a badass painting of Kadyrov on the wall.

Haters gonna hate.

Sounds REALLY shit.

Strict building codes over there, one small shake and it'll come crashing down

Never quite understood why America still build houses with wood, especially in areas that have strong winds lol. The three little pigs taught us this in first school.
Cheap
Plentiful
Light weight
Versatile
Simple and fast construction
Strong in tension and compression
Works well with other materials

The problem with stick frame construction and high winds is not the lumber, it's the connections. That's why screws and hurricane ties are now mandated in some parts of the US. If they are not secured firmly to the foundation, wood frame houses can also float away in high water.

How is it cheap when whole towns are destroyed though and sometimes blown/swept away and need rebuilding?
A solid brick house would remain standing and have bad water damage say in a flood but the foundations would still be standing.

Brick houses re wood framed, the brick is pretty much just siding for most homes in the USA.

Imagine if something new wasn't "state of the art"
What constitutes"state of the art" anyway?

State of the art deathtrap.

Walls dont have a straight angle and the mortar looks like crap. Talk about cheap material, Khabby supposed to have money sure dont look like it.

Where is it located? They must get a shitload of snow because that thing is built like a bomb shelter. Those thick concrete trusses holding up the ceiling are insane

I've seen blind people mortar cinder blocks better than these yahoos.
