Just out of curiosity, who do you think will be champion in their respective weight classes first, Khabib or Rory? Personally, I think Khabib is the Cain Velasquez of the LW division. Thoughts?
 
That all depends on who will get the title shot first. Either of them can win it!

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Khabib has faced pretty tough competition for being so young...Shalarous, Tibau, Tavares, and Trujillo are all pretty tough opponents. Not to say that Rory hasnt, I just feel he gets a lot more credit being GSP's protege...
 
i don't know if Khabib will win against top competition.
 
Rory>Khabib, but WW is a tougher division.

I think Rory still has a better shot though.

Khabib is screwed standing up with Pettis or Aldo (LW champ by the time Khabib possibly gets a title shot)

I think that's fair.

I just can't wait to a Jackson-trained fighter can hold the belt in every weight class simultaneously, guaranteeing 7-hour PPVs completely devoid of any excitement whatsoever.

Khabib has faced tough opponents, khabib can be a champion, rory wont beat any top 7 welterweights

Khabib is a future champ, also WW division is a much tougher division, and has a much better champion
 
Rory's goddam shuffle bullshit made me a permanent hater.
I'll hop on the Andy Wang bandwagon before that greasy schmoozer.
 
Well Khabib will actually fight the champion of his division, so that helps his case
