Per Ariel on Twitter, Khabib Nurmagomedov is fighting Darrell Horcher (12-1) next week on UFC on Fox in Tampa. It will be Horcher's debut in the UFC

Joe Silva is a can. The least the UFC could do is explain why they threw away a good fight between Khabib and Cerrone.
