Most of those strikes come from ground and pound...

Even in the standup Edson was getting beat up. People drastically overrate Edson's striking because how good he is at what he does, but at the end of the day kicks are very small facet of striking. Boxing is much more important, and Edson doesn't have it.

Barboza can't punch. Khabib was offering his chin the entire fight and Barboza kept missing.

Kicks don't count for anything against a pressure wrestler like Khabib.

Yea that's because barboza was badly hurt in the second and third round
Barboza was lighting him up on feet in the first round until he got taken down

No he wasn't, Khabib was piecing him up. The whole reason Edson started to fold and get taken down. Edson has the best kicks in MMA. Can throw a great flying knee. But that's it. That makes you a one-dimensional striker and when guys like Tony and Khabib put you on your heels you aren't going to do shit.
