First off, credit to him for his performance in the octagon. Not that I love his style, but he was clearly the better man tonight. Fair play to him.
I hespect that he actually did stand and trade as much as he did. Maybe it was the right that landed on Conor that gave him confidence to do so, either way, made it a better fight in my opinion. Even after getting grinded out for most of the fight, given the amount of stand up time i still thought Conor would land dat left.
Even from the get go, Conor didn’t seem as quick and fluent in there. Maybe it was the time off, who knows. We win or we learn.
