WTF!?

All of this talk about being the best, wanting the fight the best and defending like a true champ, then starts acting a bit Conor-lite as soon as he's declared Champ.

Calling out GSP and Conor.
Not only didn't he completely ignore the fighters above #11 in his division, he actually said Tony has to fight someone else before him and earn a shot. HAHA!

Ferguson is ranked higher than you, but if you want to argue about it, there still is nobody closer to Khabib than Ferguson. So tell me, how does the #1 Contender that you have never fought, need to earn a Title shot?

Did you see what he said afterwords? He will fight Tony, he was comparing the situation for when he got hurt last time and the UFC made him fight someone else, he specifically said he will fight Tony next if thats whats up, that GSP has a better legacy then Conor even though Conor would make him more money.

Khabib wants to fight Ferguson. He's actually one of these rare guys these days who doesn't care who he fights. He just wants the best. Ferguson, St-Pierre...

He isn't scared of anyone in his division. Hell, he was proposed multiple opponents before the fight this weekend and accepted all of them without hesitation even if he hadn't trained specifically for them.

Conor has/had two belts and never once defended either belt in well over a year. Won the FW belt, never defended. Won the LW belt and it's been over 500 days and no defense.

Khabib said he would prefer the GSP fight because he believes GSP is the GOAT MMA fighter. He said if he was after the money, he would call out Conor. He said he would fight Tony but Tony talked so much smack when Khabib got pulled, not to mention the UFC said he would have to prove himself, he also feels Tony needs to prove himself again. With all of that said, Khabib always ends his interviews by saying he would fight anyone and wants to either fight in September or November.

He said he wanted to fight Fergie. He also said he wants to fight GSP cause it's GSP but not at 170. He said the GSP fight isn't likely but that is his dream match.

He also said he must fight Mcgregor for obvious reasons.

You really hear what you want to hear.
 
I’ve been telling people for months. Teh Chris, Wonder-bread, Blustaffson, and kebob are the most entitled fighters I’ve ever seen. Khabib, whose beaten no one outside Edson, late replacement opponents, and favorable style matchups dictating to anyone is hilarious

Dude might not fight often but if anything can be said about him is that when he's healthy he really doesn't care who you put in front of him.

Unlike guys like Conor who ducks his entire division or Woodley who thinks he deserves a money fight with Nate Diaz.

Khabib said it himself when asked why he accepted any opponent as a replacement. He said "how can you call yourself a champion if you can't beat anyone in your division" or something along those lines.

You rarely see fighters with that mentality these days. It's usually all about the money vs risk.

"No more fake champ not defending belt". He said he will fight whoever the UFC says is #1 contender. He said Tony should have to come back and win a fight only because that is what he was made to do after he had to pull out the last time they were scheduled. He said he still wants to fight Tony. He called out GSP because that's his dream fight and because he has so much respect for GSP and that beating an easy opponent like Conor does little for his legacy and its only a "money fight" which he does not care about. Nothing about Khabib is anything Conor-lite. Khabib has class and integrity. Conor does not even know those things are.

How is Khabib being "a bitch" by wanting to fight everyone and anyone at 155, as well as GSP, if he comes to 155?

He does not even want to get paid and does not need to get paid. Khabib is very rich. Things are different in Russia. When you become a big star in Russia, everything is paid for. He wants and needs nothing money can buy.

I think you'll find he's acting a bit Woodley lite or Bisping lite, Conor doesn't look for big money fights, he is the big money fight.

They are big fights. Khabib wants the biggest and most credible opponents to build his legacy off of.

Exactly. Show me which fighter besides Khabib said to his manager: "don't ask me, just say yes to whoever they got" . But besides that i like how he said, " I'll fight King Kong if it makes 155" LOL
