Check this out, minute 1:43, just before round 3 vs Maldonado.
Did Fedor team called Khabib or he just did it on his own? I wonder what was his advice.

Looks like a whole lot of nothing.

Thats would be like a kid teaching his grandpa to fuck.

Khabib teaching him the "Eagle stomp"

It wouldn’t hurt to have the advice of one of the most dominant fighters in one of the deepest if not the deepest division out there. Especially in this era...

Looks like he was pleading with him to use his grappling.

Wow never knew. Cool to see khabib trying to provide tips, he isn't getting much response though from Fedor or his cornermen.sad because khabib was probsvly recommending a td,. Something Fedor should've done in that fight. It was open for him to get.

He did it alone .. on youtube comments a user went into more detail on what was said in russian :

"Habib advised more work on his feet. Move more, and pause, do not force events. I believe that Fedor did not have enough readiness, but if he decides to practice with us, I will be only too happy to help him, ”Habib Abdulmanap’s father briefly summarized."

Also after this fight happened, Khabib made this ig post :

Eh not really. Fedors team are completely outdated and he would benefit 10x more training with Khabib in Dagestan, maybe he would go back to using what made him special, his Sambo.

I dont think Khabib was allowed to do that at all. He took it upon himself to coach The Lord and Master.

Fedor would benefit greatly from training in Dagestan, maybe he would go back to utilizing his Sambo and stop being a one dimentional brawler..

Reminds me of Jon Jones calling out advice to Anderson Silva, not sure what fight it was, but i think it was the Diaz one
