I don't agree with trying to implement an active Takedown strategy
Neither do I, my posts speak to a pro-grappling, thai clinch, dirty boxing strategy (neutralizing mobility and kicks) with a secondary priority in taking the openings for takedowns/top or ground control/ submissions when/if they arise, versus the bread and butter ego based striking strategy that is being championed here as superior entertainment instead of a smart measured gameplan that aims to neutralize the strength of his opponent
