Matchroom Sport and Team Sauerland are delighted to announce that Carl Froch and Mikkel Kessler will fight in Britain.

The huge super middleweight rematch is the fight of the year in boxing and the two sides are delighted that terms have been agreed on the biggest fight on British soil in many years.

Full details on the fight will be announced at a press conference soon, and both fighters have expressed their delight that they will once again lock horns.

Now we're talking! Great news! I can't easily pick a winner, too tightly contested last time around. My gut says Froch. But, that's almost entirely on the basis that he looked so tremendous steamrolling Bute, and Kessler has been on a vacation from any kind of real threat for almost 3* years now.

*Edit: Make that almost 3 yrs, not 2

    Sexy.
Kessler eeks out another close one, and some monkeys will scream robbery.

I think Kessler beats him again with a close decision.

    Looking forward to it though.

Froch wins rematch, Kessler has taken a sharp decline since their last fight whereas Froch has actually gotten better.

I expect a clear Froch UD win.

    Good fight.

I'll take the guy I underestimated going into the super six (Froch) by clear decision over the guy I overestimate (Kessler). Froch has a way of beating guys I don't think he should be able to beat.

I think Froch takes it at this point. Much rather see this than Mack or Stevenson.

Ya, I would, too. Bute don't want none of that, though.

Kessler is going to box him up. I got him by clear UD in a competitive fight.
