Do you think Ken at 50 could beat Sonnen? Sonnen is a not a good submission grappler, Ken is 15 years past his prime but I think he could beat Sonnen!

Sonnen takes Ken down and then it's Ken's world.

I think Jerry Sags beat Shamrock nearly to death.

Sonnen wouldn't stop Ken with strikes, he wouldn't sub him either.. maybe at worst a UD win..

    I'd favour Ken, he's a submission expert.

WTF is this "Tito would beat Sonnen" nonsense? Sonnen is beating LHW's like Shogun. Tito's not.

Tito beat Bader which is just as good if not better than beating a washed-up Shogun.

They both did about the same against Rashad as well. Sonnen has shown he has lots of trouble against wrestlers that are bigger than him that he can't bully around the cage. With all of that said, Tito still knows how to throw up a triangle if things were to get bad for him.

Ken Shamrock's last two submission wins cam against Ross Clifton in 2009 and Sam Adkins in 2001. During his last 10 fights, Ken has been KO'd or TKO'd by Tito Ortiz twice, Kazushi Sakuraba, Mike Bourke, Pedro Rizzo, Robert Berry and Rich Franklin.

Chael Sonnen most likely would KO him in less than 50 seconds.

LOL! Uh, are you aware that there is a difference between applying submissions from mount, side control, etc... and from guard?!?!?!?!?!
