Keith showed me the counter last night. It's not what you would think it is. He said he will put it in as an extra on his forthcoming DVD. It should be out in Sept. We are going to film the lasted moves Monday. It will be his best. The moves are great.

I've been shown 2 counters to it that are rather simple yet you wouldn't really expect it. Can anyone vouch for the 2 below?

1) One counter I've seen was just to explode and stand all the way up, now you worry about the front headlock they have and watch out for ankle picks.

2) Another counter someone showed me was simply just to post a knee up so they can't get a leg secure over your body.
