Hi guys I figure if I post my Strength and conditioning training log, it will help me be more consistent...feel free to bitch at me if i slack off!!!
TODAY

Strength training-Bench Press-195 X 5 and 185 X 5
Deadlift - 210 X 5 and 200 X 5
Military Press- 125 X 5 and 115 X 5
Bent Over Row- 145 X 5 and 135 X 5- 187 cal burned

Cardio- Elliptical- 25 min: 5 min warmup at level 5 and 200 SPM; 15 min Intervals at level 10 and 230-250 SPM; 5 min cooldown ( same as warmup- about 400 cal burned

No Gi Grappling - 25 min straight rolling switching partners every 5 min- 331 cal burned

** I just started rolling at a new school and im tapping ppl out alot more...don't know if im improving or if they aren't that experienced...theyr'e mostly purple belts!!

Tomorrow is stand up class, unless i pussy out
