    Thought I would update.

    Working on 100 snatches in 5 minutes until April 1, 2013.

    Hopefully some carry over to the deadlift and OHP with all this swinging, snatching, CnP, LCCJ etc.

    Hope to post some good deadlift numbers in April and May.
