    - A gallon of milk a day (GOMAD) makes me feel fat and useless. On the drive to work from the gym I felt like Jabba the Hut.
    - Powercleans keep knocking the earphones out of my ear. I need to invest in the fancy ones that wrap around my ear and maybe a toque to hold them in place.

    If you haven't tried, what helps keep my headphones from getting knocked off is having the cord come up my back, and the buds get into my ears from behind. It helps so I don't hit the cord or anything while bringing the weight up.

    Or you can invest in teh fancy ones!!1!
