I have read and listened to this guy an awful lot over the last decade. I regularly communicated with him in the past as he was always willing to help out his sincere fans. I primarily apply his training principles to my own programs. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and yet, little is known of him.

Do you avid boxing fans know of and rate him?

I am hoping Katie Taylor's continued success gives this guy more exposure. He deserves it.

definitely him. Not sure where he ranks in the boxing world, but as a general fitness trainer he seemed good.

Rosstraining used to be really popular and well known amongst boxing people who post online for awhile. I mean, on any board that was talking about amateur boxing training or whatever, it would always come up with articles and advice. It's still a great resource.

Never Gymless is a great book, but I’m too old to be doing some of that stuff now.

Ross is great and has great stuff but like the previous poster said , at 47 his workouts are a bit too much for me now.
