Only semi-related, but I always wondered what percentage of clients divorce lawyers smash. That has got to be the #1 easiest job to get clam thrown at you. Divorced women will already fuck anything that moves and these lawyers are pretty wealthy sociopaths who are on their side and getting them money and spending lots of time with them at their most vindictive.

Not sure if there's any legal angle for the husband to work, but seems like it would be worth hiring a private investigator to get some proof and if the lawyer is married himself, at least use it to wreck that guy's life to return the favor of wrecking yours. Seems a little smarter than threatening them with a samurai sword.
