kang vs caceres fightmetric up

I had Kang winning 29-28. It's tough to look good against Caceres at BW. His guard is very active and his striking is good.
 
Kang was winning the fight, but had a major brain fart in the 3rd choosing to stay in guard.
 
Close fight...I will watch it again right now....
I don't think it is a blatant robbery, the real terrible ones are the judge who gives it to Lombard and Sanchez.
 
Everyone cries about solely top control winning around.... Unless the guy isn't American?

I was leaning Caceres 29-28, but I could easily understand 29-28 Kang. Without rewatching the fight, it seems like the second round was the determinant round.
 
Caceres definitely got a takedown, if not 2 in the second round.
I don't trust fightmetric, but thanks TS. shows how close this fight was

People cry about that when the top control guy is getting beat up from the bottom guy or was getting outstruck.

Kang was doing well in the striking and was active on top trying to pass guard. He also got some big slams.

fight metric has had some pretty awful stats at times For example, the Garcia vs Holloway fight. I went back and rewatched the fight fight metric counted at least, if not more, 25-30 strikes as landed for Garcia that didn't land. They also didn't count at least 10 shots from Holloway that did land.
