Amazing interview touching life in the Congo, everything from seeing slavery and death, to helping save lives. Amazing story and lead up to his return to the cage.

Do you guys think wren will be in fight shape in time? He was a multiple time champion wrestler and trained under two gold medalists.

oh haha, I should probably watch it but I was going to save it for when I had the time since i saw the long run time. I could swear he told rogan he was training somewhere, I'll try to find that too when i get the chance

well he should at least be mentally prepared as fighting for your life can only make you mentally stronger.

got to listen to it, I believe he meant that he didn't train at all when he was helping out in the congo for 5 years. since he's been back and trying to make his comeback he's been training with team takedown like he mentioned. he should be fine, they gave him an appropriate opponent for his first fight back.

this your podcast? interesting interviews, keep up the good work.

    Justin Wren is a gem.

An awesome bloke, and still, a truly talented HW prospect with potential and age on his side. I really hope this guy does well, he's such a loveable character. I think the UFC shouldn't have cut him after his close decision loss to Madsen after TUF 10. Dude went the distance and gave Big Country a good scrap.
