Women can still generate a lot of power with their legs, its upper body where they lack power, so a woman kicking someone on the chin can still do a lot of harm. Would she be fast/explosive enough to land said kick on the majority of male fighters? no, and she would get battered in the process and KOed/subbed, but if someone just let her kick them in the head with no defense, yeah she could knock some guys out.

Did anybody even read the quote- he's speaking about how Rose has ko power in he fights- clearly she does.

He never says she would beat him or any male in a fight or anything, just that she can kick hard. She's a full time athlete and champion, could she ko a lot of guys with a head kick if it landed- of course. Would she match any trained man in the ring- no she'd get wrecked by most.

But here's a clip of 4 young, fit guys going up against Meisha Tate & getting wrecked one after the other. They aren't exactly 6'5 250 shredded sherdoggers - but it does show that a top female fighter can wreck average bro's in some situations.
