Make your own rice milk..

I get 1 cup of raw brown rice.. boil it..then let it simmer/soak until its really soft.. then put it in a blender for 2-5 minutes on high while its still hot.

You now have a drink thats 150grams of carbs..

Put it in the fridge to let it cool down.. Then add half of it to the blender for a shake(75grams of carbs) add some whey, a banana, natural peanut butter and 150mL of store bought rice/soy milk to thin it out and you now have an insanely high protein/carbohydrate drink.

good stuff man. is it completely chunk free when u drink it?

Yeah completely chunk free.. It is a bit thick and disgusting on its own when it first comes out of the blender.. but once you use it for the base of the shake with banana, peanut butter etc its all good.. the shake doesnt really taste any diff compared to if you used normal milk.

I don't like plant source milks...those are for girls.

Animal sources all day.

The saying goes if you got nothing worth saying then keep your mouth shut. Thanks for contributing all of nothing to this post and discouraging others from submitting their ideas.

So... Benji is serious about this?
How much water do you put in the blender with the rice?

I just can't imagine whey disolving into this very easily.

Yeah I am serious I drink it all the time.. its the base for all my shakes.

Normally when I boil the rice theres left over water in the pan and I just use that... you can experiment to get the thickness that you want. My whey fully dissolves into it.

Im presuming Chad Hamilton is joking ? lol
