I didn't rewatch the fight. Diaz was never elite IMO. He still hasn't evolved as an MMA fighter. And what a total domination lol at people believing that Diaz is elite and that he can beat Tony or Khabib. You guys are deluded
I have never in my life seen someone say Nate could beat Khabib. What are you talking about?
He only does well if people want to stand with him, otherwise his posture, balance, and lack of leg coordination play a huge factor. And what a total domination lol at people believing that Diaz is elite and that he can beat Tony or Khabib. You guys are deluded
Jeez, Kavanagh said that?Does Conor’s coach count?

that fight would be very close my man.Tony is basically Nate 10x. Better overall striking, even better cardio, better subs, actually decent wrestling.
He would fucking murder Diaz if they ever fought. Would beat up his big brother too.
that fight would be very close my man.
Sleeping on Nate Is stupid.
He has some of the best boxing at either lw or WW and I'd give him the edge In grappling over Tony as well. Tony Is unorthodox and more dangerous / crazy In some ways when It comes to his grappling..but that doesn't mean anything when It comes to someone who Is superior to you In the bread and butter.
Tony's striking Is literally some of the most overrated shit I have ever seen. He is versatile but he's not good at anything. No offence to him but I take striking seriously and he's just not impressive. He moves forward with his chin up in the air, hands down and hes sloppy as all hell. He gets dropped by almost everyone he fights.
People love to say "oh this guy would just run through him easily" People love to say things like that, nobody Is actually analyzing the fights though..because you are all a bunch of keyboard warriors with zero experience and zero fight IQ.
Again, I don't think It would be wise to judge a fighter based on fights that happened 3+ years ago. Especially when said fighter wasn't In their physical / mental prime. Sorry, that anaylsis just doesn't work.Nate is not better grappling at all. Tony has better wrestling and submissions.
Diaz's plodding forward and taunt your opponent into brawling with him boxing is also incredibly overrated and most that dont fall into that trap run over him.
We've seen Nate completely and totally ruined too many times for me to take him seriously in this discussion and his weaknesses are noth well known and easily exploited.
