Amazing short fan-created YouTube video that shows why McGregor is so popular. Highly recommended watch for any new fans who have only seen his last few fights, as it documents his eerily accurate predictions and wins through the Jose Aldo fight and winning the featherweight belt.

Mystic Mac went on life support after the first Nate fight, and died completely after Mayweather knocked the snout out of him.

    RIP Mystic Mac.

He really seems to have a good read on his opponents. If he can keep on top and leave while still there, I can see this story becoming the stuff of legend.

Can we just call it luck? That is a very reasonable explanation.

Some luck involved but also educated guesses . Love him or hate him McGregor is pretty smart when it comes to mental warfare and reading his opponents

Same was said about Warren Buffet, Peter Lynch, poker champs, the Simpsons, and many other fortune tellers. But out of billions of people chances are that one can get lucky. Happens in casinos sometimes. They ain’t smart just lucky.

Nah this is different circumstance. Conor is physically making these things happen after he predicts him. He is literally willing it into existence. Not really the same as betting in a casino, as you put it.

Ali is the GOAT when it comes to this

When you're right enough times, "luck" ceases to be a probable answer for your success. I'm not talking specifically about Conor, just folks in general.

Still gets an impressive high percentage of predictions right. If you bet $100 on every Conor prediction he ever made you would be up $32,825.17 overall.

Anyone calling success in mma "luck" isn't a true fight fan.
