    As the title says above.

This video is personally my favourite training video.

Not as beautiful as Buakaw's techniques, but the power and flawless movement and rythym is just ace.

Nice find. I always like watching training vids from Thailand. Always makes me want to go and train while I'm sitting here at work!

It totally beats squeaky shoes on bball courts by about 1000. Gotta love coming into a new gym for a trial day and hearing BOOM BOOM BOOM echoing through the place (that's what happened when I went to Minnesota Martial Arts Academy, Greg Nelson was holding pads for one of their HW kickboxers, holy shit)

Is it just me or is yodsaenklai's technique really off? Seems like all the little details they teach us in class he doesn't do.

Haha yeah, the sounds of leather slapping, "arrgghhh argghhh argghhh", and the smell of tiger balm and sweat. Good times!

    How so?

The only thing I could point out are hands probably bit too low and relatively slow on the rythym.

Hahah yeah we've got Peter Graham (HW kickboxer) at our gym. When he deomstrates on the pads (relatively low power for him), it goes off like a shotgun.

Maybe he was just going through a cruisy workout?

    Cause he looked really comfortable.

Yodsanklai keeps his hands low because his slick head movement, left cross and body kick counters allow him to do so. It's not fundamentally sound but you can't argue with the results.

I really didn't see a problem with it. Everyone fights differently. Maleipet also has a very relaxed style on pads.

That's the way I like to go about it as well. Especially now that I'm in my 30's lol.
