What the hell man - In addition to being one of the nicest guys on the internet, your also apparently one of the most interesting. Baby sitting for Steve Balmer sounds pretty awesome.

The most famous person I ever met was Frank Mcgrath (Pro Bodybuilder and animal athlete). Very friendly and soft spoken guy.

Thank you, that's high praise coming from someone like you, my Friend. Hope Academia is treating you well and all is great!

Yeah, Steve was a friend of my Aunts who lived near him in Magnolia in Seattle. Fun fact, he actually lives right next to Kenny G. Met him when I was with her and my cousin. Then later that year, I was over hanging out with my cousin and his Mom was out with Ballmers son Sam doing something. She dropped him off for us to watch for the day, because something came up. That was quite a while ago...

But almost a month ago, my Cousin got married and even though Steve couldn't attend, he sent a pretty awesome gift to his house that I saw when I was up for NYE.

Met Kostya Tszyu at a plaza in a shitty town in the middle of nowhere-australia. He's a nice guy but you get the vibe that its a well practiced front and he would love to just start bombing people because that's what he likes.

Met Evangeline Lilly (the chick from LOST and I guess she was in the Hobbit but I haven't seen that) once.

I was working a checkpoint and she was driving a beat up old van with Canadian plates with a few other people. I didn't expect to see a celebrity inside. In fact, it didn't dawn on me who she was until she started to drive away.

She was pretty laid back, very friendly, had a big smile on her face. Wish I realized who she was so I could shake her hand or grab her boob or something. :p

Johnny Tapia - really cool

I often read/hear about that.
Then there is always someone saying that he was like a crazy person.
Maybe they are just saying it because of his messed up life.

I met Bill Cosby in a bar once. Nice guy we talked for a bit he even offered to buy me a drink. Must of had to much to drink that night cause I don't remember most of it.

I ran into him at Toys R Us. He agreed to take a pic and I'm not really a fan of the fist in the air since I'm not a fighter. But Tapia made me do it lol. He just seemed really down to earth. I'm glad I got to meet him before he passed.

I met Antonio Inoki on an official business trip here. I cannot embed the photo, or else I would. If someone knows how I will email the pic to them.

ate dinner right beside Laura Prepon at the keg in yaletown(vancouver canada) didnt say anything but douchers came up and hassled her for her autograph

I don't consider mma fighters celebrities with the exception of GSP randy Brock Anderson and a handful of others.

Sad life.
Hell of a fighter.
I have meant to read his biography for a while. Most people seem to like it.

I ran into Randy Coutre at Planet Fitness @3am one morning. Have a selfie to prove it.

James Mcsweeney - rude

Forgot about McSweeney. I met him when he opened up his gym a few blocks away (Sledgehammer Thai Boxing). He was actually really friendly and cool when I came in. However, the guy he brought in to teach jits to the MMA-focused guys was a real dickhead. The rest of his staff looked equally indifferent to the people in the gym.

A few months after opening, he just up and moved to Vegas. A guy I knew from high school went to the gym one morning and it was locked up, the lights were off, and there was a sign that said "CLOSED" in the door. No team discussion, no email, no phone call. Oh, and he didn't so much as refund the gym dues for the month that had been collected a week or so prior.

When I worked at Ameristar casino I met a few celebrities and athletes.

Favorite was Jaime Pressly. So hott

I also met jimmy Edmonds. The guy is obviously gay even tho he has a beautiful wife. But the best thing about him is that he talks in third person.

Jimmy needs a drink!

So Kiefer Sutherland. This was back when I first started working at the hotel as an overnight bellman.

Our hotel provided complimentary driving service to and from the local restaurants 24/7. I would get late calls to pick up people all the time.

I get the call about 1am for a pick up at a local restaurant bar. I show up and the place is closed but I can see Kiefer through the window with two girls and they are clearly drunk and laughing and having a great time while the staff is obviously trying to close down the restaurant and go home. I wait for 20 minutes until they finally come out and I drive them back to the resort.

We get back and he tells me he wants to keep drinking and I tell him that its 2am and everything is closed and that the only way to continue drinking is to use his mini-bar. He looked at me with a cold drunk stare and yells:

"I HATE THE FUCKING MINI-BAR. I'M NOT GOING BACK TO MY FUCKING ROOM"

Keep in mind we are in the lobby bar which is completely empty by this time and he is just sitting there drunk.

So I thought about it and told him I had the brilliant idea of bringing his mini-bar to him in the lobby bar and he could hang out there and drink as late he wanted.

He agreed and I did it. I also stopped by one of the kitchens and grabbed all kinds of random juices and put them in nice pitchers and brought buckets of ice and nice glassware too. The presentation was pretty awesome when I finally brought it all up to him.

He thought it was hilarious and handed me three $100 bills and demanded I sit and drink with him. Of course I said no that would get fired if I did that. He drank all night there and that was that.

One thing I always wondered was if I broke the law that night by "serving" him that alcohol past 2am.

That's awesome.

Got yayed out with Jon Jones and these two guys...

Got in a bar brawl back in 99 and was getting beat up by three white supremacists till Nicolas Cage came to my aid, we fought back, took some damage but we won in the end. I bought Cage a beer for his troubles and got him to sign my Face/Off DVD that I always carried around with me.

lol
