Just a reminder: Lil Nog beat Overeem twice.

Who is the new generation here? Overeem is four years younger than Rogerio.

Another reminder: Lil Nogs skills have stagnated. He's the same Lil Nog he was 10 years ago, while Overeem has improved drastically.

I think nog has actually gotten worse... Is this his first fight since the sacrificing to rumble?

It's safe to say that Reem would murder him now.
 
To be fair, Overeem was badly injured (back or neck) in one of those fights. IIRC he was winning most of the fight and his corner threw in the towel as soon as nog hit him with a good punch.

The point on Lil Nog is very true. Not sure Overeem has improved as much as he just got huge and lost the scrawny underdeveloped looking body that was holding him back.
 
Super confused as to the point of this thread

People know that... and it's irrelevant to modern day
