    Ouch, thats actually one of my favourite subs when i feel like doing something a bit over the top but that was just painful.

    Always open your guard when your opponent stands up. Always.

    It's one of the first things I teach people about the closed guard.

    At least the guy still seemed to have some control of his legs after that - something worth keeping in the back of your mind for sure.

    Damn, that gave me chills watching it. I've seen some nasty injuries but I think I heard the guys back pop on the audio. I ain't watching that again.
