Yeah mate I'm likely going unless the rest of the card turns out to be awful, but for the main event alone it should be worth it. Hope Volkanovski, Pedro and Dan Kelly end up on the card, any luck Mark Hunt as well if his fight this weekend ends with a quick walk off ko.

This is JDS's fight to lose. I am not quite sure how he would do since he's been a bit up and down lately. I don't believe Tuivasa has the technical acumen to win this fight. He robbed Arlovski last time

Hope that Volkanovski can be there, Hunt spoke about it possibly being a retirement card for him and Dan Kelly. I’ll definitely fly from Sydney for it if that’s the case.

EDIT: oh i thought he lost the arlovski fight, wasn't impressive though.

Yea, before they announced the decision I was 50/50 on it, I really thought it could have gone either way.

It also didn’t look like Arlovski got dropped so much in the first round, as he lost his balance and fell backwards.
Tai had mount and was able to do nothing with it.

Any luck Hunt just destroys Oleinik this weekend but with Oleinik being a submission specialist even with a loss it's unlikely Hunt would take too much damage. Would be an awesome card if that comes together. Maybe throw Jake Matthews on their too. Looks a lot better after moving to welterweight.

Looks like what you were hoping for is coming true. Hunt and Pedro on the card now with Shogun coming to Australia too, shaping up to be a good card for Aussie fans.

Looking like a good card eh? Throw a few other aussies on there like Kelly and Volkanovski and it will be awesome. Plus pretty psyched to see Shogun live despite him not being what he once was. Guys a legend. Not sure how much he's got left, Pedro will be a good test for him. If he loses might be time to call it a day.
