More than you wish to count, the majority of the japanese fighters have a black belt in judo. It's like asking "how many wrestlers are there in MMA?".

Guy is good. His last fight was awesome.

I like Yoon and Nakamura. I would like Akiyama more if he didn't cheat. Karo is fun to watch but he seems to place himself on a pedestal.

Not many because BB in judo means little compared to BJJ. It doesn't take 10 years to get a judo BB. You could say the same thing about MMA fighters with pro boxing records. Very few them are good enough to actually use effective boxing in their fights.
