    Please be our guests and come in to check out our wrestling and Judo programs at Wilmington Jiu-Jitsu.

    This is a great way for those interested in Judo or wrestling, as well as those who practice other arts to get started.

    Wrestling- Instructor Ken Primola offers weekly group classes, as well as private training in wrestling. A former Division 1 college wrestler and wrestling coach, Ken posses a great wealth of knowledge in the sport and combat art of wrestling. Ken is also a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and World Champion. This class is great for wrestlers, Jiu-Jitsu players, MMA fighters, and Judoka.
    Classes meet on Wed nights at 7:30

    Judo- Instructor Jeff Hunt offers a weekly class in the art of Judo. Jeff is a black belt in the art of Judo and a certified coach by the United States Olympic Committee and USA Judo under 2-time Olympian and former Olympic coach Pat Burris. This class covers all aspects of Judo throwing, pinning, choking, and reversals. Also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jeff specializes in Teaching Judo to BJJ players, Wrestlers, and Mixed Martial Artists. We are the only certified club in the state of Delaware.

    We also offer classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, Russian KettleBells, Womens Self Defense, Strength and Conditioning, and Kids Judo.

    Regardless of where you train or what your skill level is, please accept our invitation to come by Wilmington Jiu-Jitsu, in Wilmington Delaware and join us for an exciting and informative class in either one of these arts.

    We do not discriminate against those who practice other arts. All are welcome reguardless of training background, or affiliation.
