Law Judge Hannah Dugan arrested by FBI for allegedly helping undocumented immigrant 'evade arrest'

Why did they wait until he was outside then?

They did wait until he got outside.

It was/is

Because if it's a BS warrant and she recoginzes it (her being the judge and all) and she just lets it go? Do think it'll be all good when it comes under review? CYOA.

They had an administrative warrant which is common for ICE agents to use. The only limitation to an administrative warrant is that they can't go into private places. But outside the courtroom is a public place.

Clown world to cheer this sheer fascism on. The court is the domain of the judge. What they say goes. If they want to arrest their suspect outside of the courtroom. I've got no problem with that in a case like this.

Going after judges?

Slippery slope.

It’s not that they tried to go into the court room, she interfered with them waiting outside by taking him through another exit knowing they were out there.

No. I know that a federal indictment isn't gonna be washed away by your ridiculous reasoning though. I mean, what point does it get to where you realize this is really happening, and all your defense arguments you get from Liberal hack Youtube channels mean a whole lot of fuck and all?
"Everyone needs to watch this video right now!"

And that exit lead to a hallway full of Federal agents who didn't arrest him until he left the building.

And the judge is in charge of that public place.

Most of the agents were still with the other judge. She thought it was clear most like and the one agent that rode down with him was probably hoping to get some help as this did end up in a foot chase and resisting arrest.

Oh, and especially don’t forget that she secretly canceled his hearing to escort him out the back door without telling the prosecutor what had happened.

Indicted by the Federal Government, and the left are still "This will go away real quick!", LOL.

You do know they have something like a 97% conviction rate, right lefties? Even Trump himself didn't fuck with those numbers. This bitch is fucked.

"Judicial immunity"...sounds like something Trump would try. LOL.

Being indicted by the federal government now is a joke because pam bondi and kash patel are dei hires and so are their attorneys. That conviction rate won't hold up lol

Take the bet nancy

Yes, because it's HER courtroom and she wasn't going to let a B.S. warrant go down under her legal purview. So, she tabled it for later and sent the suspect through an entrance that opened up into a hallway full of federal agents who chose not to arrest the suspect until much later when the suspect actually left the building.

More lies. The door she let him exit through led to a private corridor.

That point may miss most people unless you remember that she had try to tell the officers that they had the wrong warrant; at which point officers explained (as if she didnt know) to the Judge that the hallway was a public area.

So now we have to ask why did the judge send the illegal to a PRIVATE area (meaning officers couldn't serve the warrant) instead of out the door that everyone else is supposed to use and where officers were waiting to serve this warrant.

Because only 1 officers was available to make the arrest because the others were left in the top judge's office. But, you know that and are just playing games to defend this judge.

The "knowing" Judge tried to tell the agents that they couldn't arrest the guy with the warrant they had.

It must suck to defend this knowing that the last Judge that tried this had to agree to self report to a review board to get out of charges and even then the review board banned them for life.

Meanwhile, if the agents has busted in to arrest him in court, these people would be shitting kittens saying how wrong it is. She absolutely tried to get this guy out without arrest and is guilty of the charges

?? No it didn't. It was separate private entrance.

A judge in the US state of Wisconsin has been charged for allegedly helping a Mexican man evade immigration officials through a back door during an arrest attempt.

The guy was able to flee the building and was caught outside later. She was trying help him escape ICE.

She's was definitely aiding and abetting... Which is what she's been charged with.

Then they should charge the agent that rode with him in the elevator too

Ohhhh...

We're doing what she "Thought" now?

Ok.

Timestamped for your convenience.

But wait! There's more!

Either we follow the Constitution, or we don't. There is no grey area.
