Journey to my First MMA fight

I am currently 17 years old and will turn 18 in November, I plan on having my first amateur fight shortly after i turn 18. I have been training BJJ, Muay-Thai, and wrestling on and off for 2 years.
Current stats
185lbs
~10% body fat (visible abs)
5 10
placed second in BJJ NAGA tournament (no-gi)
Bench Press-315
Squat-385
DeadLift-~405
Military Press-175
(have been training bodybuilding style for 4 years)

Schedule-
Mon-Cardio (AM) BJJ/Muay-Thai (PM)
Tue-Strength and conditioning (AM) Muay-Thai/MMA class (PM)
Wed-Cardio (AM) Muay-Thai/ Wrestling (PM)
Thru-Strength and conditioning (AM) Muay-Thai/MMA (PM)
Fri-Cardio (AM) Muay-Thai/BJJ (PM)
Sat-Muay Thai (AM) Strength and Conditioning (PM)
Sun- Off

Diet- 2800-3000 calories with at least 225g protein

Notes-
-Each class is 1 hour long.
-I am following Glenn Pendlay's strength and conditioning program i found on this site.
-My goal is to fight at welterweight (170lb)
I will try to log diet and training daily any advice will be appreciated wish me luck!
