The flies on the wound is the most disturbing part:

Yeah it does gross me out you freak. Those flies are almost certainly covered in shit and bacteria from dead animals which can now conveniently make their way into that wound. I'm sure we'll see a video soon of him feeding Diego a tape worm for his next weight cut.

It would kind of make sense though for Fabia, a parasite himself, to share an affinity with the scavengers of the world, they truly are his real family.
 
It's always amazing when you can get such a narcissist/sociopath on camera constantly like this. It always makes for fantastic lols.
 
Jokes are jokes but this guy is completely batshit and should be locked up in a mental hospital before he endangers Diego's life
