News Josh Quinlan vs. Ange Loosa set for UFC event, Apr. 29

Quinlan had a fight against Jason Witt cancelled because he got popped by USADA.
The UFC rebooks the fight only for Witt to be KO'd

UFC is brutal, damn!

I am all for second chances but man I can't stomach PED users in combat sports who can permanently damage another human being with unfair advantage. Fudge then all and no I'm not okay with "yes Ive done it Im sorry (for getting caught)"

God bless Dana White and his Cantender Series for allowing us to reach new heights in the sport of MMA.
Thank you Dana; how would we ever see this caliber of competition and compensation without your unyielding brilliance and grace?

Quinlan is an odd looking guy. Strange image. What's his heritage? Looks vaguely Filipino or something.

Anyway, I'll go for another Quinlan TKO. Loosa ain't very good.

In all fairness, the doctor administering Quinlans gear could probably KO Witt with a glancing hook.

Quinlan failed a drug test and popped for roids prior to being in the UFC. He got scheduled to fight a week later with no real explanation given. Don't be fooled USADA is totally legitimate, guys

6-0 vs 9-3, it's like an LFA card.
two really good fighters. loosa should have drawn with fletcher (fight shoukd have been stopped in the 2nd tbh) but he won and had a really competitive fight against jack della maddalena. he’s very legit. quinlan is like a bigger tyson nam. limited but stupid athletic and powerful.

also lol @ 6-0 vs 9-3 shocking you. the prelims on golden era ufc cards were much worse

I am interested in seeing how far Quinlan's punching power can take him in the division. He is the hardest hitting UFC WW imo.

The guy always spectacularly finishes his opponents so it should be a good fight.

Quinlan popped for a PED after winning on DWCS, owned up to it, and received a one-year suspension.

After serving his suspension, he tested positive during a fight-week drug test for a trace amount of a steroid metabolite, due to his prior ingestion. He did not test positive for a new banned substance. Essentially a very tiny amount of the banned substance he had previously tested positive for was still in his system.

It's identical to the issue Suga Sean and other fighters have went through.

Well it's cool he can own up to it but he never would have if he didn't get caught.
Guys like Quinlan, Sean, and Jones are insanely athletic, I don't think they were born that way

Spike.com early prelims co-headliner looking great.
