    very useful. I use it when rolling with friends all the time.
     
  3. lol i like it but if i was in that position i would just sink a rnc, unless the guy was total noob and i didnt like him for some reason or another

    Securing a half-nelson and then a three-quarter nelson (wrapping your left arm over and around his right, then linking hands around his neck - i.e. picture the victim's right arm trapped straight under Barnett's left armpit in the pic above) is another sub possibility. It's a total pro-wrestling hold (Nagata Lock III to be precise), but seeing as I've seen a guy get his pectorals torn when in it, undoubtedly effective, plus the crossface/rnc remains an option.
