Check it out...Here
very useful. I use it when rolling with friends all the time.
lol i like it but if i was in that position i would just sink a rnc, unless the guy was total noob and i didnt like him for some reason or another
thanks for the link, that's a pretty good site. i like the wrestling-style drills. good link
Glad you guys liked it, Josh has got some more moves that should be up in the next couple of days.
Securing a half-nelson and then a three-quarter nelson (wrapping your left arm over and around his right, then linking hands around his neck - i.e. picture the victim's right arm trapped straight under Barnett's left armpit in the pic above) is another sub possibility. It's a total pro-wrestling hold (Nagata Lock III to be precise), but seeing as I've seen a guy get his pectorals torn when in it, undoubtedly effective, plus the crossface/rnc remains an option.
And the rest of the site is just as sweet. Thanks for the link.
how many nagata holds are there in the series?
I - inverted figure-4 leglock
II - crippler crossface as above
III - double arm stretch.
chaz i love your stuff at lockflow. awesome shit.
Thanks Guys! good stuff!
I actually used this move in practice yesterday.
how'd it work out?
