First off...I think this fight will happen

Ngannou wont get another crack at the HW title until after Stipe/DC 3 happens, which could be possibly a whole year, especially if Stipe wins but suffers injuries

The only way this fight doesnt happen is if the UFC gives an Interim Belt for DC/Ngannou

So lets assumes Jones next fight is Ngannou...which I predict Jones will lose, but Jones will not be stripped the LHW title...and all his fanboys will still call Jones the GOAT, saying hes too small for HW

Instead they will make an interim LHW title between Blanchowitz & Reyes

Reyes will win this fight, then fight Jones for the undisputed LHW title

Rumble will return at HW...his fight return fight will be Overeem which Rumble will win and send Overeem towards retirement, but Rumble will also consider going down to LHW - especially if he gets the opportunity to fight Jon Jones

Glover can fight Santos, which Santos will win, setting Santos up for another title shot

Smith having lost to Glover in vicious fashion needs a few wins before hes a title contender again, maybe he can fight Krylov

Volkan should fight Corey Anderson

Krylov should fight Rakic

Cirkanov should fight the newcomer Jiri Prochazka

Ryan Spann and Ankalayez are darkforce contenders...maybe give them each other

Ryan Spann who was about 15 seconds away from being finished by Sam Alvey. That’s all i want to contribute here

You have no earthly idea how savagely Ankalaev would beat Ryan Spann

Jones get best tf up if he ever fights Francis

Jones will use his superior tecnical striking and distance management to circule ,go to his bike for the early fights.
Then with a gassed Ngannou Jones will pick his shot from the outside, feint kick feint jab. And a gassed Ngannou can easely be taking down.

When Stipe fought Ngannou, he was 246. Jones will be around 240 and will put a clinic on Ngannou

The only fair chance for Ngannou is a KO in the early fight. And we know what happen in this type ofe fight, the more complete fighter tend to win

I don't see the fight happening but if it does, Ngannou finishes him. Part of me still isn't sold on Ngannou because he's sloppy and we saw what happens when his trick doesn't work. At the same time, it works 9.5/10 times so it's hard to argue against it.

Jones went to a split decision with Thiago Santos, couldn't finish OSP, Anthony Smith and almost lost to Reyes. He's clearly not the same Jones in his prime. While he's definitely more well rounded on paper, he'd be giving up huge power and size to Ngannou. He'd have to fight extremely crafty to pull it off.

Jones couldn't get Reyes down, but he will Ngannou? Ngannou has 27% submission wins and even Stipe couldn't harm him with unlimited top control and takedowns.
Jones can be hit and has no right hand.
Ngannou only has to worry a bit about his head kicks.

Ngannou walked through everything Rozenstruik had to land. He can walk through everything Jones has to offer in order to land. Jones is hitable, too.

Jones has a 84 reach. Ngannou 83. When was the last time Jones fought somebody with his reach? Oh yeah, never. He gets hit a lot by guys having a 10 inch reach disadvantage.

Jones also never wanted to fight Reem, because he got beat in sparring.

Jones via being an overall better fighter.

LOL, why is this hypothetical matchup being discussed? Jones and Ngannou are in totally different weight classes and they will most likely never fight, since Jones is not big enough for HW.

BC according to Sherdog logic, Jones hasn't accomplished shit and is scared bc he hasn't fought at HW. I honestly thought thats why weight classes were invented, but hey what do i know. YOU SUCK AND ARE SCARED JONES!!!(did i say it right?!?!)

Ngannou has shown in previous fights to be fairly technical. In interviews after the Rozen fight, Ngannou said that he didn't feel that Rozen could hurt him and that he was the better striker. Because of that, he just blitzed him straight up. If Ngannou lands one shot on Jones, it's over. Can current Jones fight perfectly for 25 minutes without getting touched once? Probably not. Ngannou should be the favorite.

Jones is easy to hate on so he's not getting the props he should be coming into this. Honestly its one of those "who the fuck knows?"
make it happen baldo so the question can be answered

unrelated and unlikely but would be pretty dope to see Francis vs Jones (strip Stipe) and winner gets DC
