He starts with -1 point and is awarded it back if he doesn't pokie.

Finally, someone posts a graph I can comprehend. I guess everyone's right. Jones is dirty.Rules need to be applied evenly, or nazis.

They really should start keeping a record of "offenders"
Add one judge cage-side who's only job is to write down on a piece of paper anytime someone eyepokes someone or groin strikes someone. And then they can even add a ratio from 1-10 of how bad it was.
In upcoming fights Ref's see that record/stat and if a fighter has had 3 offenses in his last three fights (one offense in each fight) Then if an eyepoke or groin strike happens the Ref immediately takes a point away.
Something like that. Variables can be discussed obviously, but I think that should be a good blueprint to start with.
