Threads get buried pretty fast. Anything after the first page doesn't exist, hence the repetition.

Would like to see SD implement a feature at the title bar of when starting thread akin to Google's Autocomplete, Suggest or Instant Search.

Nothing's perfect but people asking the same questions year after year or the one-topic-five-threads in the span of a day can certainly be reduced.
