Jones: I can't wait to see DC's face when he realizes I'm not Henderson or Cummins

Win or lose it's gonna be nice when DC inevitably lifts jones over his head and dumps him.
 
Cormier is too short, JJ will use his range and work on that knee/thigh the whole fight
 
Cain Velasquex puts DC through the grinder daily, Jones better not be too confident as DC will bring it for sure.

obviously hendo and cummins arent in the same league as jones but they werent competetive with DC either.

when i look at bigfoot i see a guy who didnt get lit up like that vs overeem, hunt, browne, fedor, and AA.

who has ever tossed around barnett like that?

i favor jones here just because he uses his reach so effectively, has so many tools everywhere, and has proven he can go 5 rounds

that said DC is running through HW's and has big power. yeah hendo is passed his prime but nobody has ever tossed him around like that. yeah cummins was a barista and green but look at what a bull that kid is inside the cage. DC ran through him, he didnt pick him apart. DC hits harder than gus imo and has by far the best wrestling jones will have faced. its very possible that DC can land big punches and score takedowns. he might be able to bully jones or land a fight changing shot. DC also has a very high fight IQ although i dont think he has an advantage in that department

Firstly where did I say it was unimpressive? Secondly Silva has been busted twice and does have to take drugs due to his acromegaly.

Bones definitely has the tools to win, but he can't overlook DC's wrestling. He did things to Josh and Hendo that people don't normally do. I bet you Jon can't ragdoll Josh. Bones is lanky and can get dumped. He'll be training for the clinch and try to stay away, but my guess is he isn't outwrestling DC.

We shouldn't forget DC trains with Cain. His wrestling is on another level. If Bones can counter it, then good for him, but my guess is he can't stop it.
 
Cormier chucks around big HW's like it aint no thing.

This is a very interesting fight.

You know at LHW hes also fought Machida, Rampage, Gus, Tex, Shogun, Rashad?
 
I won't be surprised if DC struggles in this one. Jones is still P4P best for a reason
 
Good thing he's been whooping on HWs as well.

Can't wait for this fight. Cormier has a style that Jones' has yet to run into. It's gonna be epic.
 
Well he's gonna need to see it quick, he'll probably be blind before the first round is done, after Jones is through with him.

DC has had two fights at LHW Cummins and Hendo. Thats two, one, two.

Jones has had a career at LHW, beating. Shogun, Machida, Rashad, Vitor, Chael, Rampage, Gus, Tex etc etc etc
 
Yeah, because Dan Henderson is such a can and deserves to be put in the same sentence as Patrick Cummins.

So what? Cormier has had a career at HW, the division Jones is afraid of. Cormier has been beating the bigger, tougher fighters his career and at LHW he makes it look easy. I have no idea who is going to win (pulling for Cormier) but this is probably Jones' toughest fight stylistically.

Knocking out Bigfoot, decisioning Mir, Barnett, Nelson isn't close to what Bones has accomplished at LHW. Heavyweights are much slower unless you are talking about Velasquez and Cormier.
