Few fighters actually have a grudge against others, except when they are old training partners and someone feel betrayed or something. Or when guys are really dicks outside of camera.

I think Rashad and Jones had something against each other.

Chael has actually stated that he actually kinda likes Jones and isn't as bad as he thought, definitely expect trash talk leading up to the fight though. They may have been cool for the most part in TUF (it seems), but I guarantee after it, Chael will start up the trash talking again. It's what he does even if most of what he says he doesn't mean.
