We have a handful of guys that are considered in the running for GOAT and there's no clear consensus: Anderson, Fedor, Jones, GSP, maybe Aldo.

Jones would have already separated himself from that pack if never tested + for cocaine. He came back and was about to steamroll Cormier again and then move up to HW and win the title. So, he would have separated himself doing that.

He was 28 when he tested + for cocaine. He had so much time to do all this in. Now 29.. still a lot of time. If he's out for 2 years, he's going to be out until he's 31.

Not a lot time anymore and he's getting old/ shot at that point.. especially with a 2 year layoff.

Separating himself from that competitive pack probably isn't going to happen now.
