    We've NEVER seen an undefeated fighter with a few top 10 wins at HW going down to LHW to challenge the champ.

    We've NEVER seen any fighter body slam Barnett and ragdoll Hendo.

    This time it's different. The personal stuff/brawl shouldn't be the main story here. The UFC should've repped DC's credentials and wins at HW a little more, that is the big story.

    Reading the article one would assume that Cormier isn't one of the better athletes relative to weight in MMA. Apparently an extremely quick fighter with strength enough to lift and slam men the size of Josh Barnett and Soa Palelei isn't all that athletically impressive. Also, apparently no one has ever explained how Cormier's skillset can trouble Jones. This article isn't quite up to par considering the lofty expectations I have for anything coming from a prestigious site like MMASucka. So, the real similarities between the fights are essentially that both involve feuds and received a lot of hype. Groundbreaking stuff.

    I guess you've never heard of DC's kidneys giving out from him trying to make weight at the olympics.

    Instead of assuming something is bullshit because you've never heard of it, maybe you should assume you've just never heard of it.

    Just found this video. If you skip to the part @ 2:23 and then 2:54, I find it odd that Randleman is congratulating CroCop and then at the 2:54 you see Werdum walking with CroCop.

    Ha, easy to see how you have 60k+ posts;

    • Read Title
    • Completely Ignore Post / Read first sentence
    • Reply with something cynical.
    • Repeat

    And before you try to correct me, I know you didn't read the article. If you had, you'd see that he's comparing it to GSP-Penn in a positive way as both were between top level competitors at a different weight class, with other such similarities. But you read the title, maybe the first line or two (just maybe), assumed you knew the gist of what the reporter was saying, and then replied with something cynical.

    Additionally, good humor is found in a man with 60k+ posts on the s***tiest of forums calling someone a neckbeard. Good humor indeed.
