it's surprising that he would feel 100% confident he won all 3 rounds clearly in real time. it wasn't that kind of fight. neither guy did much actual damage to the other guy. it was a technical fight. so to play "prevent defense" in the 5th round isn't the best strategy. wasn't the best strategy.

Heck, it's not even the best strategy in football. You get a team that's up 28-7 in the fourth quarter in the NFL, and they start playing prevent defense. You know what happens? They end up winning something like 31-27.

If you're really not tired, like Reyes claims, then 4 and 5 are the time to turn it up, not coast. And he didn't do that. He left disputed rounds on the table and gave up the rounds he definitely should have been trying to win. And because of that, he lost.
