PEDs do just that, enhance your performance, so yes it's possible if Conor was using he could have done better or landed something.

I think the point is more that, like any kind of drug of any kind, you need to take it in a sufficient dose for it to have any kind of effect. While his "picogram" result MAY be an indication of past cheating, it may also be an indication of past contamination exposure, which is not any proof of PED use.

That's kind of the whole point of the back and forth argument. Pretending that a solitary molecule of the substance turns him into the Hulk seems to be what people are putting out there.
