Cliff notes:
  • USADA proved Jon innocent like they did Lance Armstrong so he can't argue with them
  • USADA said that since he doesn't know how the traces of PEDs got in his system he's innocent

I think when USADA told him that part of his snitch deal is he'd never be found guilty of using PEDs again, he inerpreted that to mean that he was found innocent of his last infraction.

Going forward he'll be the "cleanest" fighter USADA tests....
