I think this is likely the most realistic perspective on whats happening. Little of column A, little of column B.

Jones is a pain to deal with for a variety of reasons, this is true. He's also on a long hiatus and not bringing in any paydays for Wink. The combination of the two makes it easy to tell him to get squared away before returning.

Most sensible folks would say Jon doesn't do well under the influence of drugs/alcohol, he's had multiple arrests and incidents.
