First of all, it's praise, not prays. Second, he may have teased a move to heavyweight in the past but he forfeited his belt, so this seems like a legit move up in weight.

Thinking that Jones is just naturally a skinny guy who is suited for the 205 division, and even in fights where he was clearly buff he was able to make 205 just fine (the ones that were arguably him on PEDs).

Will he keep his speed & mobility from his time at LHW when he moves up though, or will it fall off significantly? Jones' best chance is to maintain a speed/mobility advantage over his opponents similar to how Cormier did, despite Cormier being smaller than the vast majority of them.

He'd also want more power in his hands moving up since being able to drop opponents with punches standing makes the whole HW experience significantly easier...
