The Gary Goodridge that Fedor beat in 2003 would ragdoll Khabib and Gsp without throwing a single standup strike. The dude was a world arm wrestling champ, could bench 585 pounds, and could do one arm pull ups. Goodridge was submitting guys with kneebars, armbars, americanas, forearm chokes, and even a reverse full nelson. He knocked Don Frye out with a Headkick!!!

Sure he had losses, but almost all of them before and for a while after fighting Fedor were brutal hard fights.

My point is that Gary Goodridge knew how to fight. He wasn't a joke. If someone wants to critique his skill level relative to other fighters, it has to be done in a heavyweight context. It is totally fair and relevant to Point out that Goodridge would destroy Gsp and Khabib in a fight, even if he only used his grappling. Why? Because it's a FUCKING FIGHT!!!! Goodridge would have never considered taking Fedor down in their fight, think about that
