Revert means to return to a previous state, condition, or practice. If it was a Freudian slip, he left out the word 'again' after champ.

The other explanation is that he doesn't know how to use 'revert' correctly.

VADA tested him and they make it public when someone fails, that's the point of doing VADA, otherwise it wouldn't prove shit. Don't know if they release the results if you don't fail though.
